We ship with ROYAL MAIL at a flat rate of £5 to most UK destinations (including Jersey). Free with orders above £50. 

 

Orders to Isle of Man is shipped with Royal Mail or Evri for a flat rate of £6. Free with orders above £60.

If you wish to buy directly from our UK shop aflorence.co.uk, rather than our International partners we strongly recommend you to read the information below. Since 30th June all shipping rates to EU countries are exclusive of Customs and Clearance fees, meaning that our order will arrive with additional charges to be paid prior to delivery. These charges are called local duty and customs charges and vary from country to country.

 A.Florence cannot be held responsible for delays incurred due to international issues caused by lockdowns or Brexit or for unclaimed parcels. (PLEASE NOTE: if your country's border agency holds your parcel for a check-up, it may take a little longer which unfortunately is out of our control). Please note we do not accept returns on International orders.

*All UK return requests must be emailed to office@aflorence.london within two weeks of delivery, providing proof of purchase and we will help you with the process. Once your return request has been validated you will have 14 days to send the  product back, otherwise your return will no longer be valid.

​

* All returns are refunded minus a 10% processing fee that goes towards PayPal or Stripe.

* Damaged items in transit are eligible for a full refund, if reported to office@aflorence.london within 48 hours of delivery.

* Product received as a gift can be returned only for an exchange. 

* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless parcels are lost or damaged on route to you.

* Exchanges and refunds are possible once you have made a return of unused and unopened products.

+ No refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holdups, or duty fees beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages. If you miss your two delivery attempts and your products are returned to us unfortunately we won't be able to ship again until you have paid a new shipping fee.

+ Products for return must be securely wrapped & returned by a tracked delivery  to:

+ Return shipping cost must be paid by the client. Once your return has been processed you will get an email confirmation. It may take up to five working days for your return payment to appear on your card statement.

+ Returns  due to unclaimed parcels, rejected customs fees, delayed payment of duties and tax  and ignored tracking notifications would be refunded  once your parcel has come back to us.  You can keep an eye on your tracking for the return.

+ We can only offer a refund if goods are returned to us in good condition. If your product has been damaged in transit you must claim the damage from your courier.
