If your Border agency/ Customs Broker or courier requires from you a fill out customs form prior to delivery please do email us to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you with the process. Remember that incorrectly filled out form may result in being overcharged customs fees.
Please note that we are shortly opening our new EU based online store aflorence.eu where you will be able to purchase our products without having to wait for customs clearance and with a much faster shipping.

Non-sales items typically ship from London within three days of purchase. Please allow 5 working days for deliveries in the UK, and up to 20 business days for all international orders (post shipping notification). If you have provided the wrong address and your parcel has gone missing as a result we won't be able to resend your product unless a new shipping cost has been paid.
A shipping notification and a tracking number will be sent to you on the day your order has been dispatched. You must provide an email and phone number for notifications and courier.
(PLEASE NOTE: if your country's border agency holds your parcel for a check-up, it may take a little longer which unfortunately is out of our control).
Free shipping offer below does not apply to parcels that have been returned back to us due to wrong addressing (from client) or their unavailability at times of delivery. Once returned back to us for the above mentioned reasons your order will be resend again only if new shipping cost has been paid.
We ship with Hermes couriers (4 business days for £4) and DPD (next business day delivery post shipping notification for £8) to most UK destinations and with Hermes to Northern Ireland for £4.50. Both charges are free with orders above £50.
Orders from Isle of Man and Jersey are shipped by Royal mail for a flat rate of £8.95. Free with orders above £100.
We ship with DHL Express, Royal mail or DPD to most International destinations at varied rates. Free options available based on order total.

At A. Florence we would like you to enjoy every aspect of your experience with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you an exchange for a product that would suit you best or a stress free refund once you have returned your unused product back to us. Please note that we don't refund used products.
Simply email email@example.com within 14 days of delivery, providing proof of purchase and we will help you with the process. We strive to respond within 48 hours. Please note we are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

*All return requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of delivery, providing proof of purchase and we will help you with the process. Once your return request has been validated you will have 14 days to send the product back, otherwise your return will no longer be valid.
* All returns are refunded minus a 10% processing fee that goes towards paypal or stripe.
* Damaged items in transit are eligible for a full refund, if reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
* Product received as a gift can be returned only for an exchange.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless parcels are lost or damaged on route to you.
* Exchanges and refunds are possible once you have made a return of unused and unopened products.
+ No refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holdups, or duty fees beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages. If you miss your two delivery attempts and your products are returned to us unfortunately we won't be able to ship again until you have paid a new shipping fee.
+ Products for return must be securely wrapped & returned by a tracked delivery to:

+ Return shipping cost must be paid by the client. Once your return has been processed you will get an email confirmation. It may take up to five working days for your return payment to appear on your card statement.
+ Returns of undelivered items due to unclaimed parcels, rejected customs fees, and ignored tracking notifications will incur the same freight costs as the original outbound freight tariff.
+ We can only offer a refund if goods are returned to us in good condition. If your product has been damaged in transit you must claim a reimbursement from your courier.
S A M P L E S
Currently we offer two free samples with each order made on Aflorence.co.uk. Leave your sample request in the NOTES section at checkout and we will try our best to get them for you. Unfortunately we cannot process sample requests by email or Instagram
